ONLINE Returns Policy:

Our return policy spans a duration of 14 days from the date of delivery receipt. Regrettably, if 14 days have lapsed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. However, we can provide you with a credit note for future use.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition as received.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon the receipt and inspection of your return, a full refund will be issued. Please note that postage costs will not be included in the refund.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Refunds are only applicable to regularly priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
